quick upcycle stamping project

 Sharing a quick stamping project.
Using twill ribbon, a few stamps, Staz-on ink, and a free lunch box, I quickly made a cute personalized lunchbox.
As I was packing goodies to send to my daughter, who is away at college, I noticed she needed a lunchbox . Cai is going to New Jersey during Spring Break as a Sandy Relief volunteer. I was more than happy to fulfill her list of needed items, after searching for a small luncbox to fit the requirements, I came up with this.

 I stamped a few travel stamps on the twill. I burned the edges to prevent raveling. I like the way it gave and old map look. I glued it over the logo and presto! Cool personal lunch bag.

What I'm crafting now.

Today I worked on a Babies First Year album. I found a You Tube tutorial for a monthly paper bag album from creativecraftgirl and Tatteredrosestudios. I love when crafters share. Thank you ladies!
 I changed it up a bit by adding  my own spin on it. I added an extra pocket and made it a baby album. It's almost finished. I used paper from my stash and 12 large (regular) grocery bags.

I will share more photos once its completed.

Layouts 2013

A few layouts from Jan. and Feb. scrapping.

 I complete 32 layouts and 5 mini albums. Sadly I have camera issues, with not being techy and no help :( I lost my photos. Once I solve this problem I will add the other finished stuff.

 

 Oh, and I am scrapping from my stash. I really need to diminish my stacks of unused paper/ supplies. :) I know most of my papers are old lol. I loved it, had to have it and then I hoared it lol!

2012 almost over Yikes!

Wow! It's been another crazy year. I'm all where did the time go. I hate that it all seems to whip by and then BAM! New Year.

Working on Thanksgiving layouts. Here is a couple I started in October. Currently working on a few mini-albums with the same paper from my stash. I have lots of paper stash to use up, should keep me busy.:).

 A few layouts from our summer mother daughter trip to Spain. We flew to New York stayed one night in Southampton and flew from New York to Madrid. We spent one week in Madrid and one week in Barcelona. I love seeing Cai's beautiful smile. I will cherish this summer trip and the time we spent together forever. I have lots of pics. I decided to scrap the main pics of my lovely daughter and I first. I will scrap the trip by days and sites going forward. here is my first batch.
